 No.11737

I'm not going to sugar coat it because I don't care anymore. I hate female characters. I don't want to see them anywhere. Not because of getting in the way of a ship, I'm just not interested in seeing them in my escapism. It's not fair that men get to have more options of CGDCT anime and manga than they can count. I want to watch anime and read manga that only have cute boys being cute too. I've recently started getting back into manga and the only thing I know off the top of my head is Reiwa Hanamaru Academy. Are there any manga, manhwa, anime, or any kind of media out there with just male characters in it?

And before anyone says it, not wanting female characters in the stories you read for fun isn't real "misogyny". They're fictional. Go to a protest.

 No.11738

Dangerously based, anon. Preach your word!

Sukisho lol

Boueibu, and it makes at least two plot points retarded on purpose in the first season.

 No.11741

I think Touken Ranbu and twst?

I feel like I've heard about this years ago but never knew anything about it or checked it out. Looks like one of those old 2000s anime. I'll take anything right now so fuck it I'll put that on my list.

>>11740
Watched the first season, absolutely loved it. The character designs in the latest season are a bit off to me, but I'll take what I can get.

>>11741
Can't believe I forgot about this one. I started the anime years ago but never finished it. I also played the game for the short time it had an English release. Good times. I'll put this at the top of my list.

Thanks everyone for the recs so far.

I'm pretty sure that Akagi and Season 1/Arc 1 of Kaiji both have no women. (Mikoko is added in Season 2 and in later arcs we have Kaiji's mother and an old woman, but they are all as fugly as the men and not designed for moe appeal or fanservice)
There are probably some other FKMT manga that apply as well. Tonegawa doesn't pass because it also had one (1) woman.

The current Kinnikuman arc not only doesn't have any women, it removed the few moments women showed up in the manga lol.

And mid idol music/multimedia adaptations like Actors Songs Connection (that one was decent imo).

Magical boy stage play

I wish magical boys were more common.

Me too. The stage play got a sequel and is getting a third play this December. I hope they adapt it into an anime kek.

 No.11761

Just as a warning, there are females in the Touken Ranbu live action movies and one game event plot (she's corrupted into a monster only recognizable as female by the long hair, naginata, and hood but the two swords who served her speak about her in the build up), plus a few stage productions reference them (one of the covid-era musicals uses a traditional male actor who depicts multiple women, which some may find to have irritating pitches and mannerisms). The fansubs for the stage and musical are persistent in referring to the saniwa as a "she", even though there's a male voice actor when they do talk.

twst manga has two female lead characters, but they are separate adaptations and can be easily avoided if you're not interested in the houses they MC for.

>>11744
In the narrative setup of Marginal Prince the MC speaks to his sister on the phone daily to report everything happening at school. Far as I remember she doesn't appear visually at any time and the conversations are one-sided, but it may appear as a reminder of females existing.

Not gonna lie this is really difficult because even the most fujo friendly shows will mention moms or sisters.

>Far as I remember she doesn't appear visually at any time and the conversations are one-sided

I'm pretty positive she doesn't and it's just a framing device but it's been years. I count it, she's a non-character.

>Not gonna lie this is really difficult because even the most fujo friendly shows will mention moms or sisters.

It is I struggled, there are lots of shows which for all intents and purposes are "male only" but they have a token girl friend (platonic) or incidentals. I suppose most CGDCT series often have a single male teacher or friend so it's just the ying to that yang.

I think the Side M anime counts?? Also the Charisma House web series

It's more common in smut scenarios (usually either genderswap BL or they just crossdress in their magical girl form) rather than played straight and when they do show up in actual magical girl series they're usually straight, though kamichama Karin had a bisexual mahou shounen who went around sexually harassing everyone (and had a mixed harem of fangirls/fanboy which was a cute touch).

 No.11776

>>11767
I thought of Charisma House, but S2 has Amahiko's mother and Iori's sister, and the former is a speaking role. They're represented without art, eg. just the kanji for mother in a box, but big plot-wise.

I forgot I had the Gakuen Heaven DVD sitting on my shelf collecting dust. I was too porn-brained as a teen to care about it when I watched it but I should rewatch it now that I have a better appreciation for cute boys doing cute things. Thanks for the recs.

>>11745
I didn't expect Kaiji to not have women since it's a shonen (I think) but I heard it's a really good series with a fanbase that draws the men really pretty. Maybe one day when I can get my anime watch list down a bit, I'll check it out. Thank you.

>>11746
Fuck I remember watching a tiny bit of Ultimate Muscle as a kid. I didn't watch it as much as Sonic X or Winx Club lol but I love the weird designs and the muscle-y action (I enjoyed watching Baki too even though that has girls). I should watch this when I'm in the mood for some action with ridiculous (in a cool way) designs. Thanks.

>>11748
I just started reading the manga. I'm not into fuckboys but the story actually had me hooked and invested. I only remember seeing a clip years ago of some guy drooling while being fucked and it was incredibly hot. The OVA's on my watch list.

It's a seinen, and yeah, pretty much all of Fukumoto's manga are known for having no or very few women with the exception of the one time he did a female protagonist (Mamiya)
It's definitely fun seeing how the fanbase translates some of the designs into bishies, especially Kazuya lol
