I used to read and love the manga back when anime was hard to access. I recall looking for some yaoi at the time, but found nothing. And when there was stuff, it didn't play into my topping preferences.

Thankfully, there seems to have been an explosion of stuff where Ranma ends up on the bottom, often under Ryoga. Based.

Ranma. I like how he's got more drive and slyness than the 'average romcom protagonist', Takahashi's boys always have some traits that make them seem more fun to play with, than just being a het love interest.

Currently rewatching, and being way more into Kuno/Ranma than expected, the height gap and Kuno's cool, yet devoted personality is very cute against Ranma's comparative hot-headedness. That said, Ryoga/Ranma seems to be the longstanding OTP.

Bottom. He's got the sly devil personality, which is hottest when taking it, imo, although I can see why people would enjoy him topping Ryoga.

I like the idea of Kuno finding out that the pig-tailed girl is actually his romantic rival, still being in love with Ranma-chan, then starting to notice that male Ranma has the same cute traits as Ranma-chan, then growing protective over male Ranma and having a gay crisis over it.

when it comes to ships really I like anything but the main romance, which is the case for most Takahashi works, i'd say ryoga and ranma would be right up my ally if it weren't for the fact that Ryoga is way too emotional, and I like ship combinations where one party is less emotional than the other, so Kuno and Ranma.

Felt like making a Final fantasy thread.

I've been looking around lately to see what Final fantasy BL ships are most popular and I get the impression that Cloud x Sephiroth was the fujoshi awakening for a whole generation of girls back in the day, but Noctis x Prompto has done so for a younger generation. Though then again maybe the FF7 Remake is giving Cloud x Sephiroth another boost.

So since FF16 is on PC now I bought it a while back and last night I finished it. >>1907 is way more on point than I had ever expected cause god damn, Jill barely mattered outside of the one dungeon that dealt with her backstory. I can't think of a single final fantasy I played where the heroine isn't even allowed to fight the final boss. I was gonna say "No wonder the incest is so popular" but of course you can ship whatever you want regardless of plot relevance and my twitter feed is skewed by me following mostly fujoshi. I actually found myself understanding why Barnabas/Clive is a thing too cause that final encounter got pretty homoerotic.

Any nonas play OMORI here? I really like this game but it's too emotionally wrecking for me (as in, the moment i start to think too much about the game i instantly cry, yes im a pussy). I really think the game has cute and charming characters.

I don't think he's a shotacon, but he definitely has some sort of interest/fetish around unconventional gender expressions, especially boys crossdressing.
I hope he will finish his manga, but nothing in life is promised, especially considering the tragedy of miura's passing not long ago.

Oh nice! I liked Guzma a lot too when SM was new, though I mainly shipped him with Nanu because of the Cop/Criminal dynamic they had. He definitely has uke energy and I can see the appeal in him getting absolutely fucked by "real" villains. Kind of an "in over your head" situation right?

Same thoughts on Cyrus really, I think I need to replay DPPt at some point because I just remember him being a killjoy and boring tbh. Galactic is on the lower end of the teams for me but I like the Galactic Grunt design and think they are super cute, same with Saturn!

I watched the anime and have heard a couple of their songs, honestly I hate both Aizo and Yujiro kek.
Honestly most of the cast in the anime were huuuuge assholes, it was funny at the end where they were like ‘Our fan girls are cute!’ as opposed to them laughing their asses off at their insane stalker fans lining their wallets while they bang female idols.

I think as a franchise though it’s not fujobaity, it’s pretty firmly in the shoujo zone and I’ve only seen them do one gay song.

I think it was the Potential. Even in their very short screentime, matt and mello are shown as these badass partners-in-crime. Iirc it was basically just them two at that point in the story since Mello had gone kind of rogue, so there was this insinuation that they were particularly close and shared a history together. One of Mello's only small moments of emotion is shown when expresses regret that Matt was killed. Also they just look damn good together. The fans were so right to change matt's hair to red though because that green is not it. The level of based you have to be to completely ignore the canon haircolor because it's ugly and straight up pretend a new design into existence kek

Man, I have not played Cookie Run in so long. The company fucking up constantly and Kingdom not being my cup of tea just ended up drying all interest I had in playing the games overtime. However I still love the characters and still draw fanart of them, I almost wanna just steal them or something from the company so I can have full legal rights of them to make comics and stories officially lol (would already be most than what they get under that company's name anyway). I should just make OCs based on them and come up with my own story.

Millennial Tree will forever be my favorite. His design (nature and femboy looks), his canon deep voice, and how he's often forgotten by devsisters…kinda makes him more mysterious and cool for me lol. Still hurtst tho…he's like, jesus cookie.
