i don't use tumblr much anymore but i think there's still a semi active community for guro on there, though a lot of the non ~flowers and organs spilling out of a wistful pretty boy with his eyes closed~ art is pixiv and twt reposts. pixiv has a decent tagging system that will usually auto translate what you type in, camp in the japanese tags for male ryona and beaten up shota. for twt, there are tons of active jp artists whose likes you can dig through.

I've noticed that some BLs get very creative with the explanation behind how a male character can get pregnand.
The weirdest I've seen is in the yaoi Boku Wa Anata no Ko o Haramu that was recommended by a nonna in another thread.
The male in the story can get pregnand when a parasitic flower is attached within the body of the character and so it creates a womb inside of it by using the prostate.
